Tuesday 5th to Saturday 9th October 2010Taste of Staffordshire WeekWe were proudly voted as Taste Staffordshire Pub of the Year for 2009 We believe that Staffordshire has some of the best food producers in the country and we thought that we would dedicate a week to them. Our chefs will be sourcing and preparing some of the finest food that Staffordshire has to offer.
Thursday 28th October 2010Wine Club Evening with Oliver HausselsOur resident wine professor, Oliver Haussels of C&O wines, will be returning to give us a tour of the Rhone. He will also be matching the wines with food prepared by our skilled chefs. The cost of the evening will include wine & tapas style food. If you have a particular favourite, there will also be an opportunity to buy the wines on the night. Please contact a member of the team to book your place.
Sunday 31st October 2010HalloweenThe staff will be wearing fancy dress, so why not bring the family along & join in the fun! There will be a spooky prize for the best costume!!
Friday 5th November 2010Bonfire NightRemember, remember the fifth of November!! Our chefs will be filling the specials board with classic English dishes to celebrate this old tradition.
