Welcome to The Hollybush

The Hollybush is situated adjacent to the Caldon branch of the Trent & Mersey canal at Stockton Brook approximately 5 miles from Hanley just off the A53 Leek road at the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

In 2005 we refurbished the Hollybush to recapture some of its lost heritage.

We were proud to be voted Pub of the Year at the 2009 Taste of Staffordshire Good Food Awards.

All our food is fresh and sourced as locally as possible through excellent suppliers to fully embrace the flavours of the region especially Staffordshire. Our skilled brigade of chefs endeavours to create a menu designed to suit traditional and more contemporary tastes.

At The Hollybush we also offer an extensive wine list with examples from both the old and new world. We also sell three cask ales, for which we achieved The Cask Marque Award, with regular local guest ales from breweries such as Wincle Beer Co near Leek.

The gardens at the Hollybush have been beautifully landscaped so you can sit and relax in the Staffordshire sunshine.
